We are going to power through another total body workout filled with some killer total body exercises and cardio intensive moves. Adding in some weights will increase the resistance and the intensity. The first half of class will focus on strength moves with your traditional cardio bursts! The second half of class offers treadmill cues! No treadmill, no worries. Tracy stays on the floor cueing more strength and cardio movements to match the intensity of the treadmills.
