After a 3.5 min dynamic warm up, Dana will get you pumped for a 20 min run for all levels. The first 3 mins of your run, you will find your Ending Warm Up (EWP). Your EWP is a comfortable pace that you can sustain for 10-15 minutes. After you find your EWP, turn up the volume and listen to the music and beat drop as Dana guides you through the remainder of your run! Let's do this!
