This 45-minute Total Body interval based class combines strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to strengthen your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! The class format contains 6, 6-minute sets, followed by a 3-minute finisher. Each set will alternate between a strength series utilizing dumbbells moving into a quick and intense bursts of cardio exercises, followed by short recovery periods. Tara is passionate about teaching and you'll see that energy come alive in every class! When she starts the clock, focus, fatigue and finishing well is on her mind. She will challenge you mentally and physically while focusing on technique and purpose behind everything she asks of you. Let's Shred!
