You will have fun with this high intensity interval training workout which includes treadmills and strength led by Bonnie Micheli! Each strength segment is followed by a 2-minute strength and cardio challenge which will raise your heart rate and shred your body. After a quick warm up, the treadmill drills are 90-second, 1-minute and 30-second runs with 1-minute recoveries in between. No treadmill no problem, Bonnie will lead you through floor moves that also includes strength followed by a 2-minute challenge to continue the intensity.
