Live from our Wicker Park studio, join Derick as he leads you through 60-minutes of total body strength and cardio. In the first half of class you can expect three different strength focused circuits of three different moves varying from 30-seconds, 60-seconds, and 90-seconds. The second half of class will give you the option to jump on a treadmill or continue strength based training on the floor. The treadmill drills will be focused on holding faster paces, while keeping your runs predominantly flat. 8/7/20
