60-MINUTE ALL OUT TOTAL BODY with Vicky. This workout really targets all of your major muscle groups and it's challenging. The first 30-minutes will consist of floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts. During the 2nd half of class you'll head to the treadmill. No treadmill, no problem! Vicky will cue strength moves and cardio bursts for the entire class. Vicky will be there to challenge and inspire you every step of the way. Grab your dumbbells and get ready to Shred!! 11/24/2020
