This 60-minute Total Body workout alternates between 30 minutes of floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts and 30 minutes of runs on the treadmill. Bonnie gets you started with a bang! Ankle band goes on right away for that booty burn. You'll then work those arms and abs followed by challenging compound movements. During the 2nd half of class you'll head to the treadmill. No treadmill, no problem! Bonnie will cue strength moves and cardio bursts for the entire class.
