Follow along as Derick, who is joined by Shred415 co-founder Tracy Roemer, leads you through a 60-minute total body class! In the first half of class Derick will have you building your strength with a mix of dumbbell, and body weight movements. This portion of class is split up into three 10 minute circuits. The second half of class will provide you with the option of jumping on a treadmill for HIIT running drills, or stay where you are and Derick will continue to coach strength training! The floor segment for the second half of class will feel like your traditional Shred415 floor format where you can expect to move through a variety of strength and cardio moves for 30 minutes to the finish!
