Get ready to hit every muscle with this 60-minute workout. Vicky will motivate you every rep. You'll want to have your towel nearby to catch the sweat! Each exercise will slowly build up to a quick cardio burst as your heart rate will rise then fall. The first half of class will focus on lifting heavier weights, slowly and controlled with your traditional cardio bursts near the end! The second half of class offers treadmill cues! No treadmill, no worries. Vicky stays on the floor cueing more cardio bodyweight movements to match the intensity of the treadmills with ab targeted exercises for your recoveries.
