Bonnie is back to SHRED your Arms and Abs! Bonnie will take you through a series of Arms and Abs moves using dumbbells and an ankle band. There are lots of cardio bursts in between so you are guaranteed to shred your body! After 30 minutes of strength, Bonnie will lead you through 30 minutes on the treadmill drills. No treadmill, no problem! Bonnie will cue strength moves and cardio bursts for the entire class. Get ready to sweat and have fun!
