This 45-minute Arms & Abs HIIT based class combines strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to strengthen your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! The class format contains 6, 6-minute sets, followed by a 3-minute finisher. Each set will alternate between a strength series utilizing dumbbells moving into a quick and intense bursts of cardio exercises, followed by short recovery periods. 10/9/2020
