Get excited to SHRED your Arms and Abs! Bonnie will take you through a series of Arms and Abs moves using 2 light weights and 1 heavy weight. There are lots of cardio bursts in between so you are guaranteed to shred your body! After 30 minutes of strength, Bonnie will lead you through 30 minutes on the treadmill which includes 90 sec and 1 minute endurance drills with 1 minute recoveries in between. No treadmill, no problem! Bonnie will cue strength moves and cardio bursts for the entire class. Get ready to sweat and have fun!
