Jordan will take you through a bodyweight, cardio filled warm up that will get your heart rate up and keep you sweating through the entire workout. Right away your abs will feel the burn! This total body workout will be incorporating weights and body weight exercises.
You will be doing circuits for 2 minutes of arms and legs, followed by a 2 minute ab circuit and then 1 minute of cardio! YOu will finish this workout feeling energized and spent all at the same time!!
