This 60-minute Total Body workout alternates between 30 minutes of floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts and 30 minutes of distant runs on the treadmill. No treadmill, no problem! Bonnie will cue strength moves and cardio bursts for the entire class. Bonnie's enthusiasm encourages you to challenge yourself a little more each time while allowing you to work at your own pace.
