Follow this class as Derick takes you through a 60-minute class. The first 30-minutes will be a bodyweight circuit. You will have 12.5-minutes of moves that you will repeat two times before starting the second half of class. In the second half you can expect 30-minutes of treadmill drills. No treadmill, no problem. Derick will continue to cue strength moves with heavy dumbbells and cardio bursts for the rest of class! Get ready to work your butt, legs and abs as you workout to some of Derick's favorite songs!
