Seven days a week, you can now experience Shred415 Classes from your home, office, or anywhere you have a computer. Our On-Demand classes give you access to your favorite instructors so you can shred with us anytime and anywhere. We offer classes ranging between 10-60 minutes. 10-15 minute workouts are for the days when you don't have a lot of time but you need a good sweat. Our 25-minute class collection is our guided run collection. Increase your strength and endurance and run to the beat of a high-energy playlist. 45-minute classes will consist of strength training focusing on the upper and lower body with cardio bursts to replicate the floor segment of a typical Shred415 class. 45-60-minute classes will feel more like our signature Shred415 class which is designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout. We’ll spend an equal amount of time on the treadmills and the floor including strength training and cardio bursts you need to shred your body. Modifications are always offered, so you can be sure you’re getting the right workout for YOUR body. Grab a mat, some weights, and let's get shredding!
